What are the payment methods and cancellation policy?

Mode of Payment: Meridian prefers to receive payment by ZELLE to Jawa@MeridianConvention.com or Cash app to $MeridianConvention or you can drop your check or money order or cashier's check in person at Meridian Office.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Refundable damage deposit has to be paid at the same as the final payment towards the Room rental. A separate secured payment link will be sent to you for making this payment online approximately 2 weeks prior to the due date

Default: In case of any defaults in the payments, the Client agrees to cure the default within 2 calendar days, failing which Meridian will have the right to cancel the event and forfeit all previous deposits made by the Client. In the event of cancellation, a charge of 10% of the defaulted amount will be added to the event order as a reinstatement fee, should the Client desire to reinstate

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT: In the event, the Client cancels any time prior to the event, all payments made till that date are forfeited, except for the damage deposit. In the event the Client cancels the event less than two months prior to the rental date, the Client forfeits the damage deposit fee and all other fees paid.
