How do I ensure I get my Refundable Damage Deposit back?
At the end of the event, our Event Manager will be presenting you with a Closing Checklist to ensure you have complied with all requirements of the Contract and Event Order.
Please ensure an authorized person from your event team reviews this checklist and signs the same.
Please take a photocopy of this checklist, which documents your handing over of the ballroom per contract.
If no issues are noted in this Closing Checklist, your deposit will be refunded back to your same Debit /Credit card within 2 weeks of the event.
