Am I allowed to decorate prior to my event date?

Based on the availability of the ballroom, this may be permitted. Please contact our event specialist regarding the charges and insurance requirements. Insurance will be required to cover liability arising out of leaving your event inventory at the venue outside the contracted  event date and duration.
